About Us
The GOAL of Reading Strategies: A Guide for Parents and Caregivers is to educate parents and caregivers on the same reading strategies experienced teachers use in the classroom.
The PURPOSE of each workshop is to prove you don’t need a lot of money to teach reading, you just need to know what to do. The materials to teach reading can be found at home.
Each lesson has the steps to follow with suggested books to read. As you repeat the reading strategy with different books, you are reinforcing the strategy, mastering the skill, and moving toward fluency!
